Product Description

Characteristic:
1. Blister packing machine and cartoning machine connected into line.
2. With pre-heater plate temperature control and detection, main machine overloading protect, automatic detection system of PVC and PTP material level, stop the machine or feeding level detection and control, automatic protect and stop when troubleshooting
3. Touch screen with PLC mould adopted, stabile operation and easy maintenance
4. Control system for each single machine but with mutually control system after connected
Main function: PVC blister forming, automatic injection feeding, PTP alu foil plate sealing, embossing, blister cutting, finished product transport, press the blister, press into blister, press folded leaflet, box packing, detection and rejection device and so on.
Suitable blister packing for vials, ampoules and cartoning packing for the blister
Packing material: Pharmacy PVC (0.2-0.5)*250mm*350mm
PTP alu foil: (0.02-0.05)*250mm*350mm
Box dimension(L*W*H): (65-125)*(40-78)*(12-65)mm
Cardboard of box required: 250-350g/m2
Leaflet dimension: (L*W): (100-200)*(80-150)mm
Leaflet paper required: 250-350g/m2
