Product Description

Characteristic:
1. Gear wheel Reductor Driving, overloading protect with lower noise and stabile running.
2. Adjustable range of stroke: Can change the stroke dimension freely to suitable more kinds of product.
3. No waste material cutting station can save material cost.
4. Double orientation shafts with spline shaft transmission adopted to ensure synchronization stabile.
5. Touch screen with PLC mould adopted, stabile operation and easy maintenance
Main function: PVC blister forming, automatic feeding, PTP alu foil plate sealing, perforation, embossing and blister cutting.
Suitable tropical packing for tablets, capsules, irregular tablets, soft gel and so on.
Packing material: Pharmacy PVC (0.2-0.4)*260mm
PTP alu foil: (0.02-0.05)*260mm
Using requirement: Clean compressed air with 0.6-0.8MPa pressure.
Air consumption ≥ 0.3 m3/min
